Within 30 days of receipt of your shipment, you may return the product for a refund or exchange it for another product*. This is our absolute commitment to satisfying your every need!

Return Policy

Please note that we can process returns and refunds only for items purchased from East Bargains and items are in good sellable conditions. We cannot exchange items unless they are defective or damaged. Please include your packing slip with the items you are returning, wrap the package securely, ensure that the parcel is clearly written as a return item and ship it back to the correct address. Please use either standard or normal registered post to ship your items back to us. Items that are returned more than 30 days after delivery will not be entertained.

We will notify you via e-mail of your refund once we have received and processed the returned items. You can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for purchase within 7 to 14 days of our receiving your return.

* Excludes all shipping and handling fee. Items must be sent back to us (shipping borne by you) for a refund or exchange on your items. We only refund shipping costs only if the return is a result of our error.
